A: Yes. Allen & Petersen does ship to remote Alaska—just let us know which carrier you would like us to use so we can arrange the best option.

 

Q: Do you use a third‑party delivery team?
A: No. Our delivery team members are all in‑house Allen & Petersen employees, so you are working directly with our crew from start to finish.

 

Q: If I buy an appliance, will you haul away my old one?
A: Yes. Allen & Petersen can haul away your old appliance for $24.99 each. For built‑in refrigerators, the haul‑away fee is $100.00 per unit.

 

Q: Do you have a military discount?
A: Allen & Petersen does not have an official military discount program, but we will always do our best for you. We appreciate your service and are happy to review your situation.

 

Q: Do you have the same appliances as other stores?
A: Yes. Allen & Petersen does carry appliances for everyday needs as well as a wide selection of high‑end brands and models. If you are looking for something specific, ask us and we will check availability.

 

Q: What if I don’t know for sure an appliance will fit in my space?
A: For select appliances, Allen & Petersen does can provide a free pre‑site visit to measure your space and check connections and entryways. We will help you create a clear game plan for install day.
